We hope you LOVE your one-of-a-kind JASON BRICKHILL piece(s).
If your one-of-a-kind piece does not fit as expected, you may return it for a size exchange only.

WHY NO REFUNDS? – YOU MIGHT ASK...
All JASON BRICKHILL clothing and accessories are made-to-order and require dedicated time for production, as they are handmade. To allow for refunds, the detail-oriented time and efforts in making each made-to-order item would be expended. However, to ensure your 100% confidence and satisfaction, we will make exceptions for a size exchange, working with you to ensure the perfect fit!

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note: All Face Masks cannot be exchanged and are final sale.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at madeby@jasonbrickhill.com to approve a return, confirm size replacement, and receive return address. After confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address given.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. As all items are handmade, please allow up to 7-10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange and produce its replacement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and production of the new item is underway.
