Returns & Exchanges

If your one-of-a-kind piece does not fit as expected, you may exchange it for a different size, a different color, or return it for store credit.

Return & Exchange Process

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@jasonbrickhill.com to approve a size/color replacement or return for store credit. After confirmation, a pre-paid return label will be emailed. <u>International customers (outside the USA) are required to pay return postage costs. Package the item and mail at your closest post office.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. As all items are handmade, please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange and produce its replacement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and production of the new item is underway.

All JASON BRICKHILL pieces are hand-made to order and require dedicated time for production.

To ensure your 100% confidence and satisfaction, we offer size exchanges, color exchanges, and returns for store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
